Cancellation PolicyPlease plan your schedule so that you are on time for your sessions, including anticipating heavy traffic.
If you must cancel or postpone your appointment, notify me by phone or email no later than midnight of the day before. I will charge for appointments cancelled or postponed on the same day and I may require payment in advance for subsequent sessions.
I spend considerable time thinking about and planning for your session and I organize my day based on the appointments I have scheduled. Sometimes another client could not have the time he or she initially wanted because your appointment is at that time. So when you cancel on short notice it is a hardship for me and for my other clients.
For same-day true emergencies, I will decide on a case-by-case basis.
